On March 8th, 2019. Assoc. Prof. Sakkarin Phummirat with advisers and teachers signed the MOU to set the RMUTL and KMUTT cooperation center for the Royal Project at the meeting room of RMUTL Royal Project Department. This cooperation center aimed to support the Royal Project Development Center, Royal Instant Food Factory, and Royal Initiative Project. This center was set in Engineering Energy and Environment for Agriculture (3Es for A) framework since 2002. Royal Project had 35 research centers and development centers in Northern including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Phayao, and Lamphun. Royal Project covered 20 districts, 275 villages, 100,000 people, and 2,000 km2. This project also taught the technology, plant protection, production, and marketing for farmers. Moreover, it bought the products from farmers to support and raise the quality life of them.
