Announcement : Policy on Refusing to Accept or Give Gifts and Benefits in the Course of Official Duties (No Gift Policy) of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna for Fiscal Year 2026

    Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna is committed to promoting university administration based on the principles of good governance, and to instilling values in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants in Higher Education Institutions among faculty members, staff, and other personnel. All personnel are encouraged to perform their duties with honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Therefore, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna hereby announces the Policy on Refusing to Accept or Give Gifts and Gratuities of Any Kind in Relation to Official Duties (No Gift Policy), to declare to the public that the university’s executives and all personnel shall not accept or give any gifts or gratuities arising from the performance of their official duties—before, during, or after performing such duties. This is to prevent behaviors that may lead to conflicts of interest and to promote appropriate attitudes among personnel.
The guidelines are as follows:

1. Refrain from accepting gifts, gratuities, or any other benefits from individuals or agencies, both internal and external.
2. Refrain from giving gifts, gratuities, or any other benefits to supervisors or their family members.
3. In cases where it is necessary to give or receive any assets or benefits in accordance with customs, traditions, culture, or social etiquette, such actions must not contravene or conflict with the law.
4. Supervisors at all levels shall set a good example and ensure that all personnel under their supervision comply strictly with this announcement.

This policy is announced for widespread acknowledgment and strict adherence.
