Air treatment and indoor disinfection by using electrostatic techniques

Air treatment and indoor disinfection by using electrostatic techniques for solving the problems of measuring particles instrument in the atmosphere by using electrostatic techniques illustrated in Figure 2. This displayed the structure of air treatment and indoor disinfection developed for the use in hospitals, households, general offices, schools where those are suitable for work, price, and acceptance of commercial users. The qualities of air treatment and indoor disinfection compose of pre-filter, Ionizer, collector, non-thermal plasma, fan, fine-filter, high voltage power supply, power supply, and electronic control unit. The operation of the prototype will start by pulling the air through the machine by exhaust fan to the coarse filter to firstly filter the coarse dust. After that, the air will flow into the particle capacitor to charge the dust particles containing positive charge. The charged particles will pass through the particle collector to collect dust which can be easily used to clean sedimentation. The air treatment and indoor disinfection by using electrostatic techniques has tested its efficiency in removal of dust PM2.5 from 22,000 µg/m3 (exceeding the standard 440 times) reduced to 114 µg/m3 within 2 hours with the room size of 100 cubic meter.

They are small, lightweight, easily portable, elegant, suitable for use in buildings and accommodation having low maintenance costs and energy saving, high efficiency in disinfection especially bacteria, cigarette smoke, dust and various odors. These are the causes of Meningitis, Pneumonia and other respiratory diseases; for example, allergies, asthma, with a reasonable price for work and accepted by commercial users which is in the process of expansion in utilization in government section, college, university, power plant, and community as follows:

The expansion in the project of development in efficiency of smoke removal from electrostatic precipitators of coffee roasting plant in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai Province in cooperation with SeeSun Enterprises Incorporation is ongoing process.
