Since Thailand and China established diplomatic relations on1st July  2518. The relationship between Thailand and China  has developed a rapidly such as  political, economic, social and culture.  Though, sometime relationship was diluted due to internal problems and the international situations. But that doesn't make the relations between the two countries decrease. The use of a culture as a tool to continue relation would beneficial to both parties especially on educational development.

Tak Has been announced by board policy, special economic development zone to be a special economic development zone. Therefore, it needs to develop a strategic plan for the development of the province. On of strategy is to emphasized on the youth Tak to learn from experience by improve quality of education such as  analytical skills, creative thinking and the use of language for communication in different situations particularly Chinese and English which is one of required skills in labor market and international trade businesses. In order to have a better performance and it will increase the index of gross national income.

Rajamangala University of Technology, Tak campus coperatved with Provitional of Tak launch the project  Volunteer and culture Camp  2018 : Dehong-Tak Cultural Camp

The objectives were first  to provide youth of both countries get to experience by language and cultural exchange between Thai-China.  Second, And to reinforce the relationship of the two countries. The main activities were 1 Activity on process design or learning activities which allows participants to gained knowledge and skills such as basic Thai for communication, Thai cooking class, creating traditional Thai fabricating such as Ka Thong Kala and Ka Thong from natural staff and opinion exchanges. 2. Activities on  excursions into the area in Tak province, to learn the history of the country and the livelihoods of local people such as visits to major historical sites of the province at National Park Visits and exchange knowledge with each other.

Volunteer and culture Camp  2018 : Dehong-Tak Cultural Camp is able to create  a good relationship and the benefit youth for  both countries in perspective of education, culture, and improving the quality of life for the well-being of the people of the two countries.
